IS-Max™ Mass Flow Controller for Class I Division 1
Mass flow control for class I div 1 or class I div 2 areas, without explosion proof enclosures
Class I Division 1 mass flow controllers are designed for hazardous environments where explosive gases are present. IS‑Max is engineered for CID1 and Zone 0 locations and certified to ATEX, IECEx, and North American standards.
- Flow accuracy as great as ± 0.5% of reading or ± 0.1% of full scale, whichever is greater
- Laminar differential pressure (DP) measurement technology
- Intrinsically safe protection — no need for purge gases or explosion-proof housing
- Measures mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature, and pressure
- As high as 0.01 – 100% measurement and control range (10,000:1 turndown)
- IP66 enclosure
