Overview
Fast pressure controllers keep your process stable and repeatable. Alicat offers pressure controllers for use in flowing, dead-ended, or vacuum applications. Dual-valve models for closed volumes eliminate the need to continuously bleed expensive process gases. Instruments are available with absolute, gauge, or differential pressure sensors for pressure control as high as 3000 PSIA/PSIG (or 150 PSID) and as low as 2 inH₂O.
Pressure Controllers for Flowing Processes
Open in new windowUse pressure controllers when gas is flowing through a process. They control absolute, gauge, or differential pressures, and can measure in-line pressures or be plumbed to measure process pressures at any point.
Absolute and Gauge Pressure Controllers
PC–Series Pressure Controllers control pressure without introducing a dead-ended obstruction into the system.
PCS–Series Anti-Corrosive Pressure Controllers control pressure of any gas, including corrosive gases.
Remote Sensing Absolute and Gauge Pressure Controllers
PC3–Series Pressure Controllers with Remote Sensing control pressure exactly where needed by physically isolating the pressure sensor from the valve and flow path.
PC3S–Series Anti-Corrosive Pressure Controllers with Remote Sensing control pressure at any process point for any gas, including select corrosive gases.
Differential Pressure Controllers
PC–Series Pressure Controllers control the pressure between two process points.
PCS–Series Anti-Corrosive Differential Pressure Controllers control the pressure between two process points for any gas, including select corrosive gases.
Pressure Controllers for Vacuum Processes
IVC–Series Integrated Vacuum Controllers control pressure of pumped vacuum processes, using either inline or isolated vacuum sensors.
Electronic Pressure Controllers
EPC–Series OEM Electronic Pressure Controllers are compact, economical, easy-to-integrate, and customizable devices to control pressure in high-quantity applications.
Use Alicat pressure controllers to rapidly measure and control absolute, gauge, or differential pressure. Pressure controllers are accurate to ±0.25% of full scale, with a measurement range from 0.01-100% of full scale.
Absolute pressure can be measured up to 3,000 PSIA and as low as 15 PSIA before turndown. Gauge pressure instruments measure as low as 2 inH₂O and can measure negative gauge pressure to -15 PSIG.
Common configurations including anti-corrosive are available, as are electronic pressure controllers and controllers for vacuum processes.
