Using a single device for fastest possible leak checking

When pressure is kept constant, any flow indicates a leak that is quantified by the flow rate. A single, multivariate device which holds pressure constant while monitoring that flow rate is a fast, simple solution to characterize small volumes and components.

Accurate, repeatable low flow detection

Alicat devices are accurate to ±0.5% of reading and ±0.1% of full scale, with 2σ repeatability of ±(0.1% of reading + 0.02% of full scale). Best-in-class detection of low flow rates keep your leak tests reliable.

Rapid stabilization and direct flow measurement

Pressure decay tests are slow, take time to stabilize, and require calculation steps. Leak testing with a single mass flow controller stabilizes rapidly and is a direct measurement of flow.

Accounting for natural oscillations

Components such as flap valves naturally oscillate. Totalizing and averaging functionalities on leak testers provide a true flow characterization, even from a varying flow rate.
