Multivariate process measurements: Measure Volumetric flow, Mass flow, Absolute pressure, Gauge pressure, Barometric pressure, Temperature, Relative humidity, or Dew point*

    • Gas Select™: 98 user-selectable gases stored internally. Each gas optimized to match NIST’s REFPROP 10 gas property calculations across the operating temperature and pressure ranges for highest accuracy. For ISMCS devices, there are 128 user-selectable gases stored internally.
    • COMPOSER™: 20 user-definable gas mixes. Each mix may have up to 5 gases with 0,.01% composition resolution.
    • Valve close override and valve open override: Utilize alarms to quickly vent your system or stop all flow as needed.
    • Monochrome backlit LCD with integrated touchpad: Easily read measurements using the backlit display and control configurations with the user-friendly integrated touchpad.
    • Autotune: Automatically improve the control performance of the valve and tune the control parameters of the deice for your application.
    • User-adjustable setpoint ramping & limits: Configurable ramp rates allow the process variable to be controlled as fast or as slow as desired, and configurable setpoint limits protect processes from inadvertent setpoint changes.
    • User-adjustable standard temperature and pressure (STP) conditions: Quickly change reference conditions without the need for recalibration.
    • Configurable flow and pressure averaging: Adjust averaging from 1-255 ms to take control over how instantaneous or smooth measurements will be.
