What you will do
You get full ownership of the commercial funnel:
- From traffic → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Win
- Including automation, scoring, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), dashboards, and campaigns
You’ll build a scalable growth engine that delivers a predictable pipeline. This is a build, test, experiment, scale role, not a maintenance job.

- +50% more MQLs from new OEM target segments
- +50% improvement in MQL → SQL conversion
- +30% improvement in SQL → Opportunity conversion
- Mature lead scoring and automation in HubSpot
- A consistent rhythm of campaigns, experiments, and analysing results

Who we’re looking for
An analytical, experiment-driven growth marketer who loves building, testing, and optimising.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Commercial Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field with a strong focus on digital, data-driven and performance-oriented marketing.
- 2–5 years in B2B growth / demand gen / performance marketing
- Strong written and verbal English skills are required (at least C1‑level)
- Knowledge in HubSpot Marketing Hub, i.e. automation and workflows
- Skills in CRO & A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads
- Comfortable with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Data-driven mindset and experimentation rhythm
- Affinity with technology or industrial products
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B hardware, SaaS, or industrial marketing
- Understanding of growth loops, scoring and automation frameworks
- Fluency in another European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €3.200,00 – €5.600,00 per month, depending on experience
Work Location: Hybrid, home office (2 days) and office (3 days, Duiven, The Netherlands)
