For FP-25 devices, please also send the temperature probe back.<\/li>\n\t<li>Do not send back anything which has been exposed to nuclear, biological, or toxic chemical environments. If you have\u00a0any doubts or concerns that the devices might contain residual contamination, please contact Alicat\u2019s customer service\u00a0dept. before sending your package.<\/li>\n\t<li>Please do not include hard copy POs. Instead, email a soft copy to <a href=\"mailto:service@alicat.com\">service@alicat.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>For international shipments:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Commercial invoices must have a signature, date and title of the signee.\u00a0 Clearly mark all commercial invoices and Air Waybills with the following statement: \u2018GOODS OF USA ORIGIN, CERTIFIED TRUE AND CORRECT\u2019<\/li>\n\t<li>Clearly select the options on the shipping documents or Air Waybill (AWB) that specify that the shipper (i.e. you) will pay\u00a0all transportation costs, duties and taxes. Both the \u2018shipping costs\u2019 and \u2018duties\/taxes\u2019 boxes must be checked on your\u00a0shipping forms.<\/li>\n\t<li>All shipments coming back to Alicat for service, need to be sent using the Incoterm \u2018DDP\u2019 (Delivery Duty Paid).<\/li>\n\t<li>All shipments that get held up in customs due to incorrect documentation will be returned to the sender at the sender\u2019s\u00a0cost. If Alicat receives a bill from any customs agency these charges will be rebilled to the customer, with service fees\u00a0added.<\/li>\n\t<li>Items being returned to the US for service should be sent under the 9801.10.0000 tariff code and the <a href=\"https:\/\/documents.alicat.com\/shipping\/foreign-shippers-declaration-of-us-goods-returned-and-alicat-shipping.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">attached paperwork<\/a> should be filled out and sent with the shipment.
