While they show tremendous promise, fuel cell regulation is critical to achieve the process efficiency required for them to become truly viable as an alternative energy source.\n\nPrecise and adaptive regulation of system pressures and the mass flow of gas lines can make all the difference in developing an efficient hydrogen fuel cell system. For higher flow rates of mainline inputs and outputs, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alicat.com\/products\/gas-flow\/mass-flow-controller\/laminar-dp-mass-flow-controllers\/\">differential pressure (DP) mass flow controller<\/a> can be used to monitor both pressure and mass flow simultaneously over a wide range of flow rates.
